• All payments must be made as per the agreed contract terms.
• Invoices must be cleared within the specified period to avoid penalties.
• GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

While we strive to complete projects within the estimated time, external factors such as weather conditions, material availability, and regulatory approvals may impact project completion.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our cancellation and refund policy.

Chamunda Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, defects, or third-party services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh.
