At Chamunda Construction, we understand that circumstances may change, leading to the need for cancellation. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations will be processed.

To initiate a cancellation request, please follow these steps:

• Submit a written request via email to chamundabor@gmail.com, detailing the reason for cancellation.
• Include your project details, including contract number and any relevant documentation.
• Our team will review the request and respond within 14 business days.

Depending on the stage of the project and resources allocated, cancellation fees may apply:

• For cancellations before the commencement of work, a full refund will be provided minus any administrative fees.
• For cancellations during the project, a partial refund will be provided based on the work completed and resources used.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations after project completion.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, regulatory changes) that prevent us from completing the project, a refund will be issued based on the remaining work and resources.

Cancellations will not be processed in the following situations:

• Change of mind after the project has commenced.
• Non-compliance with agreed project terms and conditions by the client.
• Delays caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, regulatory approvals).
