At Chamunda Construction, we understand that circumstances may change, leading to the need for cancellation. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations will be processed.
Cancellation Requests
To initiate a cancellation request, please follow these steps:
- Submit a written request via email to chamundabor@gmail.com, detailing the reason for cancellation.
- Include your project details, including contract number and any relevant documentation.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 14 business days.
Cancellation Fees
Depending on the stage of the project and resources allocated, cancellation fees may apply:
- For cancellations before the commencement of work, a full refund will be provided minus any administrative fees.
- For cancellations during the project, a partial refund will be provided based on the work completed and resources used.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations after project completion.
Special Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, regulatory changes) that prevent us from completing the project, a refund will be issued based on the remaining work and resources.
Non-Cancellable Situations
Cancellations will not be processed in the following situations:
- Change of mind after the project has commenced.
- Non-compliance with agreed project terms and conditions by the client.
- Delays caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, regulatory approvals).
