To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

• Submit a written request via email to chamundabor@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue arising.
• Provide detailed information about the issue and supporting documentation (e.g., photos, contracts).
• Our team will review the request and respond within 14 business days.

If the refund request is approved, the following terms apply:

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
• Partial refunds may be provided depending on the circumstances.

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Change of mind after the project has commenced.
• Delays caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, regulatory approvals).
• Non-compliance with agreed project terms and conditions by the client.
